As President
Kennedy said, "Even the journey of a thousand miles must
begin with the first step." We are here to help you take
that first step towards getting wellatlast.

1. Don't
get worse!
Essential
for this goal is to not let anything get into your body without
accurate testing first. Everything: food, air, vitamins, IV's,
neutralizations, dental fillings and other dental materials,
DMPS or DMSA (mercury chelators), electro-magnetics (TV, computer,
electric watch etc.), and every- thing else that would get
in to or on your body should all be tested.
2. Find the earliest
cause of the malady! Then
deal with it appropriately and wisely! The above and our books
will help, but only individual testing can track this down.
3. Get some energy
balancing! You
shouldn't be able to react negatively, only (usually very)
positively, to this!
4.Become the expert
and take charge of your wellness! Towards
the above three goals, it is crucial that the sick person
and/or his/her significant other become the experts them-
selves and this includes becoming an expert in our H.E.B.S.
Applied Kinesiology testing and balancing techniques. Sadly,
most kinesiologists also do not have accurate testing!! Learn
why. First start with our books, then take the seminars.
5. Have HOPE! Many
people have overcome the problems you have and you will likely
too, if you optimize the process and follow the above recommendations.
6. Act Now! The
sixth step may be the most important. You have to ACT.
You have to DO. You have to CHANGE. One can
not get well merely by reading about it, or talking about
it, or complaining about it, or writing or emailing about
it. One has to become proactive and make great changes. We
note with great sadness how most people will read a book,
or a website, that recommends many, many changes and most
people do nothing after they finish reading the book, or website.
On the other hand, a small percentage of readers will travel--sometimes
around the world--to see us to get well. They will find the
cause of their problems and do anything to overcome it. They
invariably get well! They understand the old adage: "To
always do what you've always done, and to expect to get something
other than what you've always gotten is a measure of insanity."
Of course, in reality, the lack of initiative to act and to
change is probably also a measure of depression and anxiety.
But one can force oneself to start the process even with depression
and anxiety.
